This page contains the terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from EC Crafts. You should understand that by ordering any products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
WELCOME TO EC CRAFTS
Making custom handmade items to order. Each design will have a slight variation due to the custom handmade work and love that goes into every order.
PAYMENT
EC Crafts accepts PayPal and Interact e-transfers as forms of payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal to pay with your credit card or debit card without signing up for a PayPal account. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
LEAD TIME
Because each piece is made to order, our lead time is order specific and can range from 1-3 weeks depending on size and design complexity. You will be notified before payment if your order will take longer than 3 weeks.
SHIPPING
Shipping is offered through Canada Post Expedited Delivery and can take between 2-9 days to be received. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order. Ask for an estimate during the checkout process. Alternatively, free pick-up in the Riverdale / Leslieville area can be arrange for Toronto customers.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, payments cannot be refunded on custom orders. If you are not happy with your order please email ec_crafts@hotmail.com. If the error occurs on this end, a replacement will happily be sent out. If it is a mistake on your end you will be charged.
All changes on orders must be made within 48 hours.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
